Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)
Q. What is 4everToned Fitness training
philosophy?
A. The philosophy of training here at
4everToned Fitness is to do whatever is necessary to produce results for our
clients. My clients are the drive force of the company and I'm dedicated to
servicing them. With the use of recovery work, strength training,
flexibility work, core training and movements geared to help you in your
everyday living, you will can be assured a high quality life as well as a high
quality body to show for it.
Q. Where is 4everToned Fitness located?
A. 4everToned Fitness is a home-based
fitness company. The beauty of this is you no longer have to take 30-90 minutes
of your life to travel to a gym. We bring the gym home to you.
Q. What areas do you service?
A. Right now, 4everToned Fitness is
available to train in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
Q. How long is a session?
A. A session normally runs between 45-60
minutes depending on what needs to be addressed during a particular workout.
Some days are high in intensity therefore the duration of the workout itself is
short. But don't let this fool you, the harder you work, the more calories you
burn.
Q. Is there any equipments I personally
need before training with you?
A. Not necessarily. If anything a
stability ball might be all you need. We can arrange to get you that at a good
price.
Q. I'm really interested in training with
you but not at home, do you train people at other gyms?
A. Arrangements can be made to train you
at another gym only if independent trainers are allowed to train their clients
there. You may contact me with the name of the gym and the phone number and I'll
place a call asking them if they accept independent trainers or you may ask them
that as well.
Q. I really need your help, but currently
can't afford the rates you charge is there any other alternative?
A. Actually there is. There's two options
you have. You may get a friend, a family member to join you in what we call
group training or you can have a fitness program specifically designed for you.
Group training is just like personal training except it's a small group of 2 to
4 people training. Many people like group training because it's more cost
efficient (cost less) and it's fun to share the personal training experience
with a friend.
Now as far as a fitness program goes, I
will specifically design a program that you can do at home on your own to get
you the results you're looking for. If it's fat loss, muscle gain, weight loss,
I can help you get there.
Q. Do you help clients with their poor
eating habits?
A. Absolutely. I'm not a licensed
nutritionist but I have sources who are professional in nutrition that I
directly refer to if I do not have the knowledge myself. |
