The Best 3 Moves For Building Your Infamous Butt!


Booty, Booty rocking everywhere. This is a phrase that's quite popular in the hip-hop community.

Women with nice butts are glorified in music videos and are the ones who receive the most attention at the local beaches and clubs.

Often what people don't realize is that although the butt genie might have skipped you, there's still a solution to help you create a butt that you'll be proud of.

In fact there are 3 moves in particular that can help you move one step closer to building the butt of your dreams.

The three moves are:

-Lunges
-Squats
-Hip-thigh Extensions

Below you will get a full description of how to perform these exercises and a short mini-circuit incorporate these exercises in it.

Lunges: Position your right leg forward in a long stride. Your foot should be far enough in front of you so that when you bend your right knee, your thigh and lower leg form a right angle. Slowly bend your knees, lowering your hips so your rear knee just clears the floor. Pause briefly in this position, then slowly straighten your legs and raise your body back up to a standing position. Be sure to keep your chest up at all times.


Squats: Stand up tall with your feet a little bit wider than shoulder-width apart and your feet pointed forwards. You then lower your hips until your upper legs are at parallel or slightly below parallel. Push back through your heels and return to the starting position.


Hip-thigh extensions: Lying on your back with your knees bent, lift your hips off the floor while keeping your back straight. Remember to keep your glutes tight!


Mini-circuit
(Perform each exercise one after the other without any rest until you've completed the last exercise of the series. Be sure to repeat this circuit 2-3 times for the best results)


-Squats
-Hip Thigh Extensions
-Lunges

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds performing each rep with a (3-2-1) tempo.

(Note you will be doing 60 seconds for each leg when performing the lunges.)
